I called to report a work order and Lauren You took the order. In less than an hour Ezequiel came to do the repairs. In spite of the heat he calmly secured the posts on all the railings of my stairs. He also fixed a loose stair on the landing. I want to give a huge shout out for Lauren and Ezequiel.

I had a circuit out in my apt. and put in a work order. It was done the next day! Exequiel also helped me with my washing machine (not broken) to explain the cycles. Really appreciated his calm professional approach.

The entire experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very communicative. The grounds are landscaped beautifully and kept clean and litter free. Maintenance is prompt and professional.

The whole process of finding a new home was so overwhelming in the beginning of my search. As soon as I got to Lake Crossing, Lauren greeted me with a smile and was beyond helpful with every single question I had from the moment I walked onto the property to the final questions I had about signing the lease. Her professionalism shone through every step of the process. Terri and Kaitlyn were also extremely kind and helpful. Kaitlyn showed me the floor plan multiple times so I could feel confident about my choice and Terri even reached out to me to recommend other apartments in the development that fit my wants and needs and especially budget. They all went above and beyond but especially Miss Lauren. All these wonderful ladies were very respectful, kind, patient and most of all transparent with answering all my questions and made me my service dog feel so welcomed! I will forever be grateful because for the first time since moving to Gainesville I finally found an apartment and community that really makes me feel safe and that I can wholeheartedly call home!
