Sydney was and is the reason I rented here. She actually seemed to enjoy her job and seemed to be happy doing it. I won’t go into the negatives I have which has to do with your background check company. Just know I stayed and did the things I had to do, because of her.

We have lived at Lake Crossing for 1 year. In that time we have come to feel completely at home. The office staff of Terri, Kaitlin, Sydney, and Lauren always are polite and welcoming. They are willing to spend time to get to know you to help make living here as enjoyable as possible. They are available with tips and suggestions to make life easier whenever possible. We have found the community to be quiet and safe. The maintenance has been responsive and gets things done right on the first visit. Mel has always been respectful and engaging. All in all our living arrangements have been very positive.
