Shonda came to my apartment to clean my patio and she did amazing job, my patio looks so nice to enjoy been outside, i love it, thank you so much

The management, office staff and the maintenance team are the best that I have seen. They take care of their residents and make sure everything is done in a carring and professional manner. I can't say enough about how well they do their jobs. They took care of our AC problems,starting with supplying us with temporary, portable AC units to keep us comfortable until they replaced our whole inside and outside units with new ones. From the time that we put in a workorder, it took only fifteen minutes for maintenance to show up at our door to check our AC . Thank you, Terri and team, Alex and Janet Caldwell

Last night, 8/13, our A/C stopped working and our apartment kept getting hotter. We called the emergency # and in a very short time Shawn Cummings arrived to fix it. His attitude was pleasant and he was ready to help us. He is knowledgable and skilled. It was fixed in a very short time. The 2nd best part is the kind text I got from Terri Sagar this morning asking if everything is doing well in our apt now. David and I are so happy we live in such a great place!!!!

Both repairs were completed in a timely manner, done efficiently and the clean up was “white glove.” Chris was very pleasant and even smiled like he enjoyed what he was doing which made for an enjoyable experience for us.
